      The Spa Experience Coordinator at The Post is responsible for the operational excellence and guest satisfaction of our luxury spa facility. This role focuses on coordinating daily operations, scheduling, and maintaining exceptional service standards while working collaboratively with our therapeutic team.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate daily spa operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and optimal guest flow throughout the facility
      • Coordinate bookings within the Jane App (appointment booking system) to maintain an organized non-biased schedule SOP for all staff
      • Oversee guest check-in, check-out, and payment processes while ensuring exceptional service standards
      • Facilitate all communication between guests and treatment providers to ensure guest preferences and needs are met
      • Process retail transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
      • Track and report on spa performance metrics, including booking rates and guest satisfaction
      • Laison with Executive Housekeeper and have an oversight of linens not limited to inventory needs (PARs), processing times of dirty laundry
