In-Room Deluxe Continental Breakfast

A Deluxe Continental Breakfast will be delivered to your room daily from 7am to 10am.  It will feature your choice of coffee or tea, daily juice or smoothie, fresh baked pastries and bread, yoghurt, jams and one specialty item.

Pre-order your Breakfast time and choices by filling out the Doorknob Card inside your room.  Hang it outside your door by midnight each evening.

Open daily from 8am-9pm, the Temple Mountain Spa is located on the lobby level.

  • Reservations are recommended
  • The steam room and Jacuzzi remain closed for the time being
  • We encourage our guests to shower and change into their robes/slippers in their rooms since the change/locker rooms will be closed.  Bathrobes – Are hung in your bathroom or closet.
  • Please arrive for your treatment no more than 5 minutes in advance.
  • The Spa Boutique features a broad selection of beauty products by Comfort Zone, Valmont and Jane Iredale as well as Post Hotel Logo wear.  The shop also includes a variety of specialty gift items.  We are practicing “touchless shopping”.

Hours:

6am-9pm daily

  • We ask that you make reservations if you are planning to use the pool. People with reservations will have priority.  Reservations can be made by calling the spa ext. 188
  • The steam room and Jacuzzi remain closed for the time being.
  • We are reminding our guests to practice social distancing. Therefore, only 2 couples/families maximum will be admitted to the pool at a time.
  • We encourage our guests to change in their rooms before arriving to the pool since the changing rooms/lockers will be closed. The pool deck shower will still be available for use.
  • Towels – Please do not take towels from your room.  They are available on the pool deck

The Village/Samson Mall is a short 2 minute walk from the hotel.  Cross over the two footbridges from the back parking lot side.

Emergency:

IN CASE OF FIRE

The following is a brief summary of the recommended steps to follow in the event of a fire.

On Check-In:

  • Find exits.  Note floor plan on room door
  • Count doorways and features between room and exits
  • Put key near bed

Main Floor Guests:

  1. Report fire to the Hotel Operator
  2. Go to your patio door
  3. If there are no flames around the door, open it, exit the building, and shut the door behind you.
  4. If you cannot use the patio door, take your key and go to the room door.
  5. Feel the door.  If it is hot, do not open it – go to step 9
  6. If the door is cool, open it cautiously
  7. If there is smoke in the hall, crawl.
  8. Make your way to the fire exit
  9. If your room door is hot, stay in your room
  10. Phone for help – signal firefighters from your window.  Do not open or break doors or windows
  11. Fill the bathtub with water
  12. Seal cracks around doors and vents with wet cloths

Second and Third Floor Guests:

  1. Report fire to the Hotel Operator
  2. Take your key and go to your room door.
  3. Feel the door.  If it is hot, go to step 7
  4. If the door is cool, open it cautiously
  5. If there is smoke in the hall, crawl.  Do not use the elevator – use fire stairwell exits
  6. Make your way to ground level
  7. If your room door is hot, go to the balcony door, open it, go out on the balcony, close the door behind you, and wait
  8. If you cannot use the balcony, stay in your room
  9. Phone for help – signal firefighters from your window.  Do not open or break doors or windows
  10. Fill the bathtub with water
  11. Seal cracks around doors and vents with wet cloths
